We recently got our company together to go over Fire Extinguisher Safety.

Our employee-owners have to be prepared for anything, whether it's in our warehouses or on our job sites, and making sure we know what to do at any moment's notice is incredibly important.

Last week, we held our St. Louis intern event at Amp Up Action Park, a great closeout to the season for these students.

Our interns spent most of their time gaining hands-on experience and learning key skills for the future alongside company leaders. Stepping out for some relaxing, competitive fun was the perfect way to celebrate their hard work and reflect on a successful program.

Trying to beat the heat, one slice at a time!

When the temperatures reach extreme highs, our crews are still out there bringing incredible craftsmanship, grit, and dedication to every single project. We know how tough it is to work in this weather, so we made the rounds this week to hand out fresh watermelon and make sure everyone took a well-deserved cooling break.
