I spent thirteen years as an environmental engineer and another thirteen years as a high school science teacher, all the while honing and expanding my home-improvement skills. I've done major renovations to four of my homes over the years, including two full basement finishes.

I've done a bunch of closet upgrades since starting this business. They can be simple or complex. Here's two ends of the spectrum I finished this week. In the first pic, the homeowner just wanted an additional shelf above and additional hanging space below the original hanging space. The second pic shows part of my first IKEA Pax full closet makeover! I've done a few closets using the Closet maid Selectives and Select+ systems but I've always wanted to try out the IKEA system. It was fun for me and easy for the homeowner to customize to her wants, needs and budget.
