Welcome to the Woodhill House, one of our newest projects.

We're replacing windows and siding around the entire exterior, and installing an elevator to connect all three floors of this mid-century home. The updated primary suite will include two walk-in closets, a skylit shower, a free-standing tub, double vanities, and pocket doors with a wide entrance. The existing sunroom will be converted to a conditioned interior living space with storefront windows. And we're building a complete living suite, along with entertaining and gathering spaces, throughout the basement. This is the Woodhill House. We can't wait to share more.

Safety is no accident. It’s a mindset and a habit that needs to be practiced day in and day out.

If you see Ernst in action, you might notice a setup like this one. We call it the Safety Board – first aid, AED, a fire extinguisher, and quick-reference guides the safe handling of on-site materials. Not to mention plenty of PPE – glasses, gloves, ear plugs, and more.

We have our Field Manager Joe Barta to thank for creating our first Safety Board two years ago, and it’s become a fixture on Ernst job sites ever since.

Our commitment to safety is what gets our team home to their loved ones at the end of each day. And it’s a core part of our remarkably uncommon approach to building.
