I was talking to a client the other day about the difference between Star Security and some other national security alarm companies. I used the restaurant analogy. You've got McDonalds, Burger King and Wendys, and then you've got the gourmet burger shop down the road. What they offer is pretty much the same. But that burger shop down the road has the ability and the will to be able to stay much more customer focused. The ability to supply much more customized services that are directed towards the individual and not the masses, sets Star Security apart from big national companies. But most importantly, in the long run, generally the cost is at least equal, if not less than what you're paying at the other guys
