One year of leadership. A year of growth.

Since stepping into the role of Technical Director, Rob Agee has continued to elevate the technical expertise at Bluegrass Testing. Over the past year, he has earned five industry certifications: American Concrete Institute (ACI) Aggregate Level 1, ACI Aggregate Base Technician, ACI Aggregate Level 2, Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) Superpave, and KYTC Superpave Mix Design Technician.

Rob has also expanded his industry knowledge by attending the Mid-Atlantic Asphalt Expo & Safety Summit, the Plant mix Asphalt Industry of Kentucky Conference, the National Center for Asphalt Technology (NCAT) Balance Mix Design Course, and Asphalt Institute's Asphalt Day 2026, among other technical meetings and educational events.

His commitment to continuous learning and professional development strengthens our team, enhances the service we provide our clients, and reinforces Bluegrass Testing's dedication to quality and innovation.
