From vision to reality.

Construction is underway on the new Freedom Bank development in McAllen at the Expressway and 2nd Street.

The project includes a full-service bank with drive-thru banking, second-floor office space, and an adjoining retail plaza designed to create an active destination for the community.

We’re grateful to be part of bringing this vision to life and look forward to sharing its progress.

PECAN PLACE: FROM ONE IMAGE TO MANY POSSIBILITIES

Every project begins with a conversation. Sometimes, it begins with a single image.

Carina came to us with an inspiration photo that captured a feeling she wanted.

Our role was to understand what she connected with, study the existing building, and explore how those ideas could be translated into something that belonged in the neighborhood.

We developed several design directions, testing different approaches to color, materials, entrances, awnings, signage, and identity. Each option helped move the conversation forward and brought the vision into clearer focus.

Good design is rarely about jumping to the first answer. It is about exploring the possibilities until the right direction begins to reveal itself.
