Welcome to the Upland project in Somerville. A full tear down and rebuild of a double decker porch that is as traditional as they come to the area. We have a few more of these on the schedule for the year. Give us a call if you are looking for any large deck projects to be completed!

We’re back in Arlington at a Historic 1852 Home on Broadway. We were called in to overhaul a bathroom that had outdated plumbing and was overdue for code updates and new venting. Thankfully the house had been rewired and new service updates. This allowed us to put in new floor heat and really enhance the feel of the only bathroom that this house has. The end result is a beautiful refresh with great color combos by the homeowner!

It’s another win for the good guys and we’re on to the next!

A previous customer called on us to come take a look at a window that had been showing some water damage. Upon inspection we found that the HVAC contractors before us had ran their condensation tube into a wall cavity that was not fully outside of the house and leaking into the wall.

Our job was simple. Take it apart, confirm it didn’t cause any structural rot, put it back together. Also, we extended the condensation line and bringing it down to below siding level like it should have been in first place.

We take the time to do it right the first time. Give us a call for all of your remodel needs!

We’re back on Fairchild Rd in Reading! A long time customer called us to complete a new resurface of their old wood deck and add some fencing to cover some AC condensers. Three HOT days this week and we’re all done!

All done at our Appleton Siding project in Arlington and what a beautiful transformation!

All new Everlast Siding with PVC trim, new gutters and brand new exterior doors. A full facelift and the best products on the market give a 5 star finish!
