Another large-scale project officially wrapped up! 🌳🏡
This one was a complete property transformation from the ground up, incorporating several different phases of landscape construction, earthwork, drainage, fencing, and finish work.
The project included 140 linear feet of custom-built retaining wall constructed from rough-cut, marine-grade 0.80 CCA treated lumber, complete with drainage stone, downspout tie-ins, and extensive grading/backfill to reshape and stabilize the property.
From there, we installed approximately 250 linear feet of 6’ privacy fencing, including a 4’ walk gate, 5’ automatic gate with Mighty Mule opener, and a 12’ double gate for larger equipment and vehicle access.
But the work didn’t stop there. This project also included major grading and elevation work, stump grinding, repositioning portions of the existing irrigation system to accommodate the new construction, drainage preparation, topsoil/finish grading, new sod installation, and mature plant installations to bring everything back together once construction was complete.
A lot of planning, material, equipment hours, and attention to detail went into making all of these different elements work together as one finished project. From structural work and drainage to fencing, automation, irrigation, landscaping, and the final sod — Super Duper Landscaping handled the transformation from start to finish.
