Alton Nexus is taking shape in Gallatin, TN.

Hardaway is proud to contribute to AJ Capital Partners’ vision for Wedgewood Village with the completion of 507 Houston Street!

The four-story commercial building features more than 51,000 square feet of office space and is home to our luxury retail build-outs of Brunello Cucinelli and Zimmermann.

Hosted by the , the BBQ in Red Shoes has raised more than $200,000 for RMHC Nashville since 2010. We’re grateful to support an event that brings our industry together for such an important cause!

It was an opportunity to bring professionals from across the industry together for conversations about their career journeys, lessons in leadership and what it takes to stay consistent as a young leader.

There’s a lot happening on site at The Pike!

With construction moving across all three buildings, this mixed-use development along Nashville’s Dickerson Pike is looking a little different every day. Once complete, The Pike will feature 208 multifamily units and approximately 3,400 square feet of retail and commercial space.

Attention to detail is a priority at Hardaway from preconstruction through final closeout. As work continues, our team is staying focused on the details at every stage to deliver the level of quality we expect on every project.

Construction is officially underway on the new JetRight hangar at John C. Tune Airport!

The 28,610-square-foot facility will feature a 216-foot automatic hangar door and two levels of maintenance, office and support space designed to support JetRight’s growing operations.

Hardaway is proud to partner with , and the Airport Property Team to bring this new facility to Nashville’s growing aviation industry. We look forward to sharing updates as construction progresses!

From early construction to the final details, we’ve watched The Reservoir take shape across two phases, and we’re proud to see this 421-unit development officially complete!

Located in Nashville’s Edgehill neighborhood, The Reservoir features two parking garages, in-ground pools, fitness spaces, resident amenities and a rooftop deck overlooking the Nashville skyline.

Thank you to the Hardaway team and our project partners who played a part in bringing The Reservoir to life. Delivering a project of this scale while staying true to the schedule and budget is something we’re especially proud of!
