Hardaway was honored to be part of the Urban Land Institute Spring Meeting tour of Wedgewood Houston, which featured our work at Standard Assembly, the new mixed-use spaces at Wedgewood Village, the Memoir Wedgewood Houston residential tower, and several other standout projects throughout the area.

This neighborhood hits close to home for our team. Over the past five years, Hardaway has completed 7 ground-up projects in Wedgewood Houston, totaling more than 2 million square feet of residential, office, and retail space, and delivering over 1,400 units. Being part of that growth and watching the area evolve into a hub for culture, art, and community has been incredibly rewarding.

Seeing Wedgewood Houston recognized and showcased on a national stage makes it that much more meaningful. We’re grateful to have played a role in shaping a neighborhood that continues to gain momentum and attention!

We’re excited to announce our team has started construction at The Pike!

Located off Dickerson Pike in Nashville, TN, this mixed-use development will include 208 apartments and 3,000 SF of retail space.

Our Preconstruction Team has been hard at work behind the scenes, collaborating with Smith Gee Studio to get this project underway. We’re proud to partner once again with Beau Fowler and the Wedgewood Avenue team, along with Aria Development Group and Eldridge Acre Partners, on another great Nashville development!

Our Chili Cook-Off brought everyone together for a great cause, helping raise funds for the American Heart Association ahead of the annual Heart Walk this fall!

We even added a fun twist by leveraging our Power BI tool to track live voting. While it’s a valuable resource for managing project data, it proved to be just as effective (and entertaining) for a little friendly competition.

The progress we've made at Alton Nexus called for a celebration!

With framing now complete across all eight buildings, we marked the milestone with a topping out lunch at the jobsite, bringing together our subcontractors and field teams who made it possible. Alton Nexus is a 300-unit apartment community in Gallatin, TN, and reaching this point reflects the teamwork and consistency we've had throughout this job.

We’re grateful for our continued partnership with Kolter Multifamily and Dynamik Design, and we appreciate the crews who show up every day and keep the job going!

Another project in the books! Physician’s Urgent Care in Nolensville, TN is officially open for business🏥

Led by Hardaway's Tailored Projects Division, our team specializing in tenant improvements & renovations, this project was completed in just 4 months. The new clinic, designed by Daniels Chandler Architects, includes a welcoming reception area, five consultation rooms, provider and administrative offices, on-site X-ray and lab capabilities, and carefully planned support spaces that promote efficient patient flow and seamless clinical operations.

We're proud to announce the completion of Wedgewood-Houston's newest mixed-use community, Westerly House! This 223,273 SF development features 246 thoughtfully designed traditional and co-living apartment units, premium amenities and retail spaces.

This marks our second project with HY Ventures, Atlas Real Estate Partners and Wedgewood Avenue, following the successful completion of their sister property, Standard Assembly. We extend our thanks to the design team, EOA Architects & MZA Architecture • Interiors, for their collaboration and vision, and to our Hardaway project team, whose dedication and teamwork made this milestone possible.

We’re honored to continue these partnerships and to contribute to the continued growth of one of Nashville’s most exciting neighborhoods!
