We were honored to be a sponsor of the 1st Annual Armenian American Museum Golf Classic held this week at the La Cañada Flintridge Country Club.

It was an exciting day of golf, community, and fundraising for such an important project.

This event supported the development of the new Armenian American Museum and Cultural Center of California currently being built in Glendale.

How often do you think about your laundry room? 🧼 It’s easy to overlook, but it plays a bigger role than most people realize. It’s the space where everyday life gets back on track. As architects, we give just as much attention to these spaces as any other part of the home, so everything works the way it should without you having to think about it.

We love designing laundry rooms that are tailored to each client and how they actually live.🧺

Cooking might feel ordinary, but it’s often at the heart of how people gather, connect, and celebrate. 🍽️ As architects, that’s why we love designing spaces, including commercial kitchens, because people are at the heart of everything we do.

The kitchen in this video was designed to support a church community and their events that bring people together.

We approach every project with that mindset: creating spaces where life happens, whether it’s a home, a place of worship, or a nightlife destination. Different spaces, but with the same intention of bringing people together. 🤝

We loved working on this custom home with a stunning view of the Back Bay in Newport Beach.

(Although, we may be a little partial to this view since our office is located down the street.) 😉

We work all along the Southern California coast—from areas like Santa Barbara and Ventura all the way to San Diego and everything in between. Specializing in luxury homes, our office is located centrally in Newport Beach, as we design with the beautiful California coast in mind.

The home shown in this photo was an award-winning design, and just a few years later, we went on to design the neighboring home as well.

It was a pleasure working on this Laguna Beach transformation.

Our client felt the wood siding look needed an update… and whereas we appreciate the authenticity of this 70’s vibe, she wanted something more current, fresh, and definitely termite/fire hardened. And we’re thrilled with the results.

Our work is rooted in designing tailored spaces specific to each individual client. Luxurious, high-end architecture should be deeply personal and created with every detail in mind. Creating plans for a home includes thoughtful consideration for every area of the home, from kitchens with walk-in pantries to living spaces for the entire family and even the smaller rooms like powder bathrooms.

This custom powder bath included a luxurious backlit countertop and sink, designed by Sol Interiors who worked on the interior of this beautiful home in Newport Beach, CA.

What an incredible weekend at Coachella Weekend 2 celebrating the opening and completion of the Bunker.

Even though we were asked to join this amazing project team relatively late, it was an honor to help bring this installation to life! Our team worked on optimizing the layout for a functional exiting system, supporting spaces, and the resulting art gallery walls within the bunker, ensuring the important life/safety components met code while enhancing the overall experience. These behind-the-scenes details are essential in supporting a structure of this scale and helping the artistic vision fully come together. (Obviously artwork by others)

And of course, we couldn’t miss some of the performances and headliners! This year’s lineup did not disappoint. 🎶

Big news from the desert 🌵

We had the opportunity to join the architectural team behind the Bunker at Coachella this year - coming on board later in the process to help translate an already compelling concept into something that could actually be built, approved, and experienced in time for opening.

Our role focused on working with the local jurisdiction to navigate approvals and ensure the design met life-safety requirements - things like egress, occupant loads, and the careful integration of exits, stairs, and accessibility. The goal: support the vision while making sure it functions seamlessly and safely for everyone moving through the space.

Projects like this are always a balance - protecting the integrity of the concept while quietly solving the constraints that make it real. We’re proud to have contributed to a team that made something ambitious happen under a tight timeline.
