You know our homes. Now it’s time to meet the people behind them. 👋🏼🏡

We asked each member of the Serenity Homes team to walk into the office to their own song choice—it was an amusing way to start the day! 😂

🛠️ Ryan | Builder
The one making sure it all comes together. Ryan brings over two decades of construction experience, an eye for detail, and a hands-on approach to every home we build. You’ll find him on the job site, working through the details, and making sure the craftsmanship lives up to the vision.

🔢 Emma | Office Manager, part-time
The organizational force behind the scenes. Emma keeps the details, paperwork, schedules and day-to-day office operations moving so the rest of the team can focus on building and designing beautiful homes.

🦺 Carlos | Construction Manager
Our boots-on-the-ground construction guy. Carlos helps keep the job moving, coordinates the many moving pieces of construction, and is always ready to jump in wherever he’s needed.

☎️ Rachel | Referral Real Estate Agent
Building a new home often means selling the one you’re currently living in. Rachel helps our clients navigate that transition and connects buyers with Serenity Homes when they’re ready to build.

🎨 Holly | Interior Designer
The person behind the finishes, details, and overall feeling of the home. Holly works with clients to turn their ideas, lifestyle, and personal style into a cohesive home—from the big-picture vision down to the smallest details.

Different roles. Different personalities.

But one team—and one shared goal: to make building a custom home feel personal, thoughtful, and worth the investment.

The difference is in the details—but the details only truly shine when the design feels intentional from room to room.

When a home has a consistent design aesthetic throughout, each space feels connected without feeling repetitive. Colors, materials, finishes, textures, and architectural details work together to create a sense of harmony.

It’s not about making every room look the same. It’s about creating a thoughtful thread that carries throughout the home, allowing each individual space to have its own personality while still feeling like part of the whole.

Because when the design tells one cohesive story, the details have room to shine. ✨

The difference is often in what happens behind the scenes. ✨

Building a custom home means making hundreds of decisions. But a well-designed home isn’t created by making hundreds of decisions independently. It’s created by making the right decisions in the right order. 🤍

With an in-house interior designer working alongside the builder, our process is intentionally guided. Selections are broken into thoughtful, manageable meetings, with each decision building upon the last.

The warmth of the wood influences the cabinetry. The cabinetry sets the tone for the stone. The stone enhances the tile. Hardware, lighting, plumbing, and textiles are layered in—not chosen in isolation, but as part of the whole.

You aren’t handed a catalog and left to figure it out. You’re guided through the process, one layer at a time, until the individual selections become something greater: a home that feels considered, cohesive and entirely your own. 🏡

That’s the advantage of having your builder and interior designer working together from the very beginning.

Because beautiful homes don’t happen by accident. They happen by design.
