A Cape Cod transformation that made every square foot count. ✨

For this project, we expanded the rear of the existing Cape Cod to create approximately 600 SF of additional living space and dramatically improve the functionality of the second floor.

The new addition allowed us to create a spacious primary bedroom, primary bathroom and walk-in closet, along with a new hall bathroom for the secondary bedrooms.

By expanding into what was previously limited by the traditional Cape roofline, we were able to turn the second floor into a much more comfortable, functional bedroom level—all while maintaining the character and charm of the original home.

Sometimes the biggest transformation isn’t changing the entire house—it’s finding the right place to add space. 🏡

This project was all about transforming an existing office into a brighter, more functional, and more welcoming place to work.

Our design included:

▫️ A reimagined office with open workstations

This home renovation completely reimagined the way this home feels.By vaulting the entire first floor, we created soaring ceilings, dramatically increased natural light, and gave every space a more open, airy feel. The floor plan was thoughtfully opened up to improve flow and better connect the kitchen, dining, and living spaces for modern family living.
