Mike is a Utility Foreman who has been a cornerstone of the T.W. Roy family for over 13 years. Whether it is stepping into a new challenge or doing whatever it takes to help the team cross the finish line, Mike always puts the squad’s goals first.

This past year, Mike has truly leveled up. He has put an excellent focus on sharpening his leadership skills on the job site, and he officially obtained his Fire Service Main Installer’s License!

Today the T.W. Roy team headed out to Adopt A Class Skilled Trades Day. Educating our Cincinnati area youth about what we do in a hands on environment was awesome! Students had the opportunity to see what it was like to sit in the operator's seat of a Motor Grader and learned about how GPS technology is integral to our industry!
