Busy day today! From water entry rebuilds, tankless descaling, RO Systems to Marathon Heaters it was a good day! Getting lots done

From tanked direct vent to tankless! This was today’s work. Customer called wanted a second opinion and I was able to get her exactly what she wanted and helped find the root of the problem. Water pressure was high so also installed a PRV. I will be going back next week to install a filter softener once the remediation and epoxy floor is done. Home owner said she is now a FAM Industries customer for life. And I am here for it! 👊🏼 I love helping good people

I love helping people who get quotes from other companies first. They make it too easy for me. I’m honest, fair priced, and don’t try to sell un needed things to them. This customer was quoted over $8k for a water heater, PRV, and softener. They were also told all or no warranty due to high water pressure. (Which was a lie) I checked it at 54psi. 🤦🏻‍♂️ I do love how refreshed people are when someone does good honest work at fair prices! 👊🏼

Excited to hear how this new home owner is loving their Drop systems smart water softener. It connects to the home smart system and has a ton of features I didn’t even know about! I love it when my customers help me get excited about new products!

Customer called this am with a leaking 75 gas water heater. I was able to offer them several options for replacement and they decided to go tankless. It was nice to get them all squared away same day! Always feels good to help good people! Thanks for the opportunity Coach Mike!

Taking an old sump pump basin from bad to art! It’s what we do! Got a call about a sewage ejection pump that the alarm was sounding off constantly. Home owner warned me they may have made it hard for me by adding foam up top to stop the smell. I told him I’ll get it figured out. Final product looks pretty dang good to me! 💪🏼

Installing a PRV to solve the actual problem instead of just collecting money for failures from high water pressure! Also did a heat exchanger on a tankless today. Felt like surgery, also added the required check valve (to stop unwanted mixing) and an expansion tank. Also re did the condensate lines so you could actually shut off the units with the isolation valves. All in a days work 💪🏼

It’s that time of year! Check your water heaters for signs of leaking. We have seen a big increase in water heater calls. Let us know if we can help you! This customer just got back from out of town and had water in his safety pan. Luckily we were able to get them taken care of same day.

Roots are very invasive! This was a first for us. The roots smashed the pipe and ran inside of the pipe making it impossible to drain. Crazy what plants can do! Here is a start to finish on the spot repair in a commercial building in Gilbert
