IPS was both a sponsor and a participant in the 4th Annual BGSU Athletics Football Women's Clinic at Doyt Perry Stadium — and what an afternoon it was. 🏈

Led by Head Coach , the event brought women together for football 101 sessions, position-specific drills, and an incredible Women in Football Panel highlighting the vital roles women play within the BGSU Football Program.

Thank you to BGSU Football for putting together an event that embodies community, inclusion, and Falcon pride. We'll see you at year five.

Last week, IPS had the privilege of opening our corporate headquarters to the Oregon Economic Development Foundation for their 2026 Annual Meeting.

The afternoon brought together investors, industry leaders, elected officials, educators, and regional partners for candid conversation about what's next for Northwest Ohio — from energy demand and infrastructure readiness to workforce development and economic growth.

Watching that caliber of collaboration happen under our roof was something our team won't soon forget. Northwest Ohio is moving — and rooms like that one are part of the reason why.

Thank you to the Oregon Economic Development Foundation for the honor of hosting. We're grateful to play a role in the region we've been building in for nearly 40 years. 🏗️

There's nothing quite like a little rivalry to bring people together. ⚾

IPS co-hosted a night at Toledo Mud Hens' Fifth Third Field with our partners at The Mannik & Smith Group, Inc. for the Battle of I-75 — Baseball Edition, watching the BGSU Athletics take on Toledo Baseball food, drinks, and plenty of spirited conversation.

IPS and Mannik & Smith share more than a region — we share a commitment to delivering quality work for clients across Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan. Nights like this are a reminder of why those partnerships matter. 🤝

IPS recently had the pleasure of hosting the Purple Hard Hats — a student organization dedicated to empowering women in architecture, construction management, and interior design.

The group toured our facilities and got an inside look at IPS's virtual design and construction capabilities — technology that's changing the way we plan and build across Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan.

These students are exactly who the future of our industry needs. We're honored to play a small role in their journey. 🟣🏗️

One of our own was recognized at the Glass City Wranglers Hometown Hero Night — and we couldn't be more proud.

Nate Wishard, IPS's VP of Strategy and Market Development, was honored for his years of military service: two combat deployments with the 82nd Combat Aviation Brigade, Apache helicopter systems specialist, Soldier of the Year, and a list of commendations that tells the story of a career defined by showing up and leading.

That's who Nate is. That's who he's always been. And we're lucky to have him here in Northwest Ohio doing the same thing he's always done — serving the people around him.

Thank you, Nate. And thank you to the Glass City Wranglers and Oregon Economic Development Foundation for shining a light on the veterans in our community. 🙏

Recently, IPS welcomed BGSU Athletics Athletic Director Derek van der Merwe, Stephanie Paris of The State Bank and Trust Company , and Dave Anderson, GM of Falcon Sports Properties BGSU, to our corporate headquarters for a tour of our maintenance and fabrication shops and our historic offices — housed in the former Ford Club building.

Building relationships with community leaders across Northwest Ohio is at the heart of what we do — on and off the jobsite. 🤝🏗️
