We just wanted to reach out to home owners, multiple unit owners General Contractors etc regarding the current water problems this winter. Most of the adverse problems you are experiencing are preventable!!! We would encourage you as a matter of urgency to talk to your local Plumbing Company to create a service plan to address ejector systems, rainwater systems, sewer systems, water heater issues etc.
All too often these issues are dealt with on an emergency footing, not good!!There is a high percentage of problems that are preventable and we encourage you to put a plan in place to prepare for this type of weather damage.
This is not a sales pitch this is a common sense pitch, reach out!!!!
