We are officially hunting for a Trucking Leader to help launch and grow our brand-new Moses Lake operation.

Lead the Operation: This isn't a desk job where you're watching the clock. You’ll help oversee our trucking operation, coordinate drivers and deliveries, keep trucks moving, and make sure our customers get what they need, when they need it.
Moses Lake & Throughout Washington: Our trucking operation will be based out of our new Moses Lake location, with deliveries and hauling taking place throughout Washington State. You’ll play a key role in building an operation that connects our Moses Lake yard with customers, jobsites, and Circle M locations across the state.
Build Something From the Ground Up: This is a brand-new location. You won’t be stepping into someone else’s system—you’ll have a chance to help build the trucking operation, establish the standards, and make your mark from day one.

You’re a natural leader who knows trucking, logistics, and what it takes to keep a delivery operation running smoothly. You can manage drivers, solve problems when things don't go according to plan, and keep everyone moving in the same direction.
You understand that communication, safety, reliability, and customer service matter. You’re organized, you take pride in your equipment and operation, and you aren't afraid to jump in and get your hands dirty when the job calls for it.
