We spent some time this afternoon setting up our booth for the Light the Way Music Festival!

This week, we welcomed 38 new team members in what was officially the largest orientation in our company's history.

It's incredible to pause and reflect on how quickly this company is growing. What started as a vision continues to expand because of the people who believe in it, invest in it, and help build it every day.

What excites me most isn't the growth itself; it's the impact behind it. Thirty-eight new hires means thirty-eight people stepping into new opportunities. Thirty-eight families being supported. Thirty-eight lives that will be influenced by the culture, purpose, and mission we're building together.

Growth is exciting, but changing lives is what makes it meaningful.

I'm grateful to be part of a company that continues to create opportunities and invest in people. The future is bright.

Today we held our 3rd Basics Boot Camp!

These 20 new hires completed orientation and spent the day learning the fundamentals of manufacturing, construction, and what it means to put our Core Values into action.

Tomorrow, they’ll step onto the shop floor equipped with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to start their journey toward success.

We’re excited to see the impact this group will make and look forward to supporting their growth every step of the way. Welcome to the team!

This last week at our monthly company luncheon, we had our first ever Business Update Session! During this session we did what we are calling our Baton Pass.

We internally promoted over 50 employees! This highlights the incredible growth that CMC is experiencing and also showcases our desire to see those within the organization grow and develop into higher levels of leadership!

Join with us in praying for each of these individuals as they take on new roles and new responsibilities, while still fulfilling our mission and purpose, to build people and to build buildings.
