Shoutout to Brad Gardner (Plant Maintenance Technician) and Larry Kincannon (Plant Maintenance Supervisor) at our Willard Quarry for celebrating their 20 years of service! Their deep industry knowledge keeps our plant up and running every day. Between Brad’s easygoing attitude and Larry’s unmatched sense of humor, there is never a dull moment on site.

Fun fact: they even have a pair of goats named after each other.

Over the past three decades, Randy has contributed to our success in numerous roles, most notably as a plant maintenance technician and crusher operator. He is a true staple of our team, and we truly cannot imagine the workplace without him.
