We’re proud to see Lebanon R-3 School District, Robert W. Plaster Center for Student Success come to life!

Sapp Design helped transform the former VF Mall into a 102,000-square-foot learning environment that includes a new Early Childhood Center, Schools of Discovery, biomedical and teaching programs, GOCAPS, a medical simulation lab, and more.

With Sapp Design’s experience adapting former big-box and retail spaces, we’ve seen firsthand how these buildings can provide tremendous value—giving existing community assets new life while creating flexible, cost-effective spaces for the future.

Congratulations to Lebanon R-3 School District and everyone who helped make this vision a reality!

We’re proud to have played a part in bringing several of Bolivar R-I Schools’ Proposition Liberators projects to life.

It’s rewarding to see these improvements completed and now serving students, staff, and the Bolivar community. Congratulations to the district, project partners, and everyone who supported Proposition Liberators and helped make these investments possible.

A major milestone for The City of Centerton, Arkansas! On Monday we celebrated the groundbreaking of the new Centerton Recreation Center, marking the beginning of an exciting investment in health, wellness, and community.

Phase 1 includes a 36,575 sf, two story recreation center with an indoor aquatics center featuring a lazy river, water slide, lap lanes, and a zero entry pool, along with a gymnasium, fitness spaces, community rooms, indoor track, child watch area, community garden, and an event lawn.

We’re excited to see this vision come to life and create a destination that will serve the Centerton community for generations to come!

We are so excited for the Rolling Hills Library and the St. Joseph community! On Saturday they officially opened their doors! 📚

The new 36,000+ square foot facility sits on 4 acres and is surrounded by natural landscaping and beautiful views, creating a welcoming space for the community to gather, learn, and connect. The building is now home to the library’s largest branch, the Bookmobile office and garage, administration offices, and the Friends of the Library’s used bookstore, Books Revisited.

We are excited to see this incredible community resource come to life and the impact it will have for years to come.

Last week we had a Plaque Delivery Day for three outstanding schools. Each one a reflection of vision, collaboration, and a commitment to creating spaces where students can truly thrive.

From early conversations and planning to seeing these buildings come to life, it’s moments like this that remind us why we do what we do. These plaques represent more than a finished project, they celebrate the people, partnerships, and purpose behind each space.

Today we’re giving a big shoutout to the team members who keep Sapp Design Architects running behind the scenes and, honestly, keep the rest of us from falling apart.

To our Administrative team, for keeping the details straight, the calendars in line, the messages polished, and the chaos under control. You juggle schedules, solve problems, keep us organized, and somehow make it all look easy.

Every office has people who make the business work. We’re lucky enough to have three who do that and probably about 500 other things no one even sees.
