While we’re sad to say goodbye to Annie’s, we’re proud to have completed the demolition and helped prepare this familiar Belleview corner for something new!

For many years, Annie’s was a local landmark at the intersection of US 301 and CR 484. It is fondly remembered for good times, familiar faces, and the “coldest beer in town.” We know this little bar holds a lot of memories for our community.

Now that our demolition work is complete, the property is making way for a brand-new Circle K. It’s the end of one chapter and the beginning of another at one of Belleview’s busiest intersections.

Take a look back at Annie’s in its prime, the property before demolition, and where it stands today.
