Friday reminder: the best rooms aren’t just built to be beautiful—they’re built to bring people together.

This dining space is a pretty good example. From the tongue-and-groove ceiling and custom beams, to the cabinetry, stair railings and balusters, we had a hand in every detail you see here.

And yes… that light fixture hanging over the table weighs 60 pounds. Because apparently dinner needed a little structural engineering. 😏

At the end of the day, though, it’s not really about the ceiling, the cabinets, or the chandelier.It’s about gathering around the table, staying a little longer, and making memories.

From “dated” to “deep breath.” 🛁✨(BEFORE & AFTER)

This main bathroom had good bones—but it was ready for a serious refresh.

We traded the oversized corner tub, dated tile, and busy finishes for a clean, calming space with a freestanding tub, natural stone, beautiful tile, warm finishes, and plenty of natural light.

And

Sometimes a remodel isn’t about making a room bigger—it’s about making it feel better.

A little less “early 2000s builder special,” a little more “I’m going to stay in this tub for another 20 minutes.” 😉

Not every feature starts as the focal point.

This corner fireplace was one of the more challenging design elements in this whole-home remodel. Instead of fighting the space, we embraced it—wrapping it in natural stone, adding a clean white oak mantel, and creating a warm architectural feature that feels intentional from every angle.
