Monsoon's last act? Leaving your yard looking like a war zone. Broken limbs, blown-in debris, that one branch you keep stepping over.

We cleared this Northwest-side yard in an afternoon; hauled, raked, done before dinner. If the storms left you a mess, one call makes it disappear.

This Northwest-side yard after last week's wind → and four hours after our crew showed up. Limbs hauled, debris gone, yard walkable again — and every bit documented in case it's going on an insurance claim.

One call clears the mess and covers the paperwork.

Last Friday of August — and monsoon isn't done with us yet. Beat the end-of-season rush and get on next week's schedule now.

One call handles it all: thin the trees that are still a sail, clear the debris, chase down that irrigation leak. Walk out to a yard that's finally handled.

The storm passed, your tree's still standing, looks totally fine. That's exactly the problem.

Wind doesn't just snap the branches you can see — it cracks joints and stresses limbs on the inside. That "fine" tree is the one that drops a limb in the NEXT microburst, with zero warning.
After every storm is when you check, not just before.

Quick poll, Tucson What's the yard problem you keep meaning to deal with?
A) Water bill / irrigation
B) A tree you're nervous about
C) Weeds taking over after the rain
D) Storm debris + junk piling up

Tell us your letter — we do all four, and your answers tell us what to post next.

"My yard's always squishy in one spot." That's not a mystery — it's a leak. This one was a cracked poly line hiding under the gravel, quietly running up the bill and drowning the plants around it.

Found it, fixed it, dialed the whole zone back in. Squishy spot gone, bill coming back down.

August water bill made you do a double-take? Nine times out of ten in Tucson it's one of these:

A drip emitter clogged or blown off — water running straight into the dirt
A controller still on its June schedule, ignoring the monsoon rain
A hidden line leak you can't see but are absolutely paying for

A 15-minute check usually finds it — and often pays for itself on the next bill. A smart controller can cut usage significantly on top of that.

Weekend storm watch.

If a tree falls this weekend →
Photograph everything before you move a thing
Don't attempt removal yourself (that's how people get hurt)
Call us — we remove it and document it for your claim

Here's how it actually goes when a tree comes down on a covered structure and you call us first:

We photograph and document the damage for your claim.
We remove the tree safely — no roof, no fence, no surprises.
You get the paperwork you need to file.

Storm damage is stressful enough. The claim shouldn't be the hard part.
