Framing isn’t just about putting up the walls — it’s about getting every detail right.

At Faber, our team reviews the framing throughout the process, from the architectural plans and site walkthroughs to measurements, code requirements, and inspections.

Because what’s behind the walls matters just as much as what you see.

🎉 Happy Birthday to our CEO, Bernie Iacovangelo!

Yesterday, we celebrated Bernie surrounded by the Faber family — with good food, great company, plenty of laughs, and even better memories.

We’re grateful for the leadership, dedication, and energy Bernie brings to Faber every day. It was a great way to celebrate another year with the people who make Faber feel like family.

Everyone, join us in wishing Bernie a very Happy Birthday! 🎂

The details behind the walls matter.

Precision during framing ensures everything is square, level, and ready for the mechanicals and finishes that follow. The better the framing, the better the finished home looks — and holds up.

See why precision matters in the framing stage.

What exactly is the framing stage?

After the foundation comes framing — when the home starts to take shape. From the walls to the second-floor deck and roof system, this stage creates the “skeleton” of the house.

Watch to see what goes into framing a Faber home.
