🚧 NOW HIRING – EXPERIENCED SKID STEER OPERATOR / DRIVEWAY GRADING SPECIALIST

Custom Paving & Sealcoating is looking for an experienced individual who takes pride in precision grading and quality workmanship.

We are NOT looking for someone who can simply run a skid steer. We are looking for someone with significant experience grading driveways, parking lots, etc. From raw grade all the way to finished asphalt-ready grade.

The ideal candidate can:
✔ Read the grade and drainage of a driveway ✔ Shape and fine-grade stone to proper elevations
✔ Create smooth transitions and proper water flow
✔ Prepare driveways that are ready for asphalt installation with minimal corrections
✔ Operate a skid steer with accuracy and attention to detail
✔ Work independently and take ownership of the finished product

This position is critical to our success. A great asphalt driveway starts with a perfectly graded base, and we're looking for someone who understands that.
