The original ground floor plan was insufficient to meet the brief's spatial requirements, leading to the addition of a new second floor featuring three bedrooms and bathrooms. The ground floor was redesigned to create an open-plan layout, encompassing the kitchen, dining, living, and family rooms. Ground floor spaces were opened up to outdoor areas in all directions. The open-plan ground floor boasts a double-volume space that extends to the second floor.
