This is a house that we just completed in Bulimba with the owners sprucing it up ready for sale.And as
you can see man's best friend has left a few surprises behind over the years and unfortunately the dog stains had penetrated deep into the timber. We weren’t able to remove every Mark completely but we did everything possible to improve it. We also sanded the decks using our wire brush machine due to the amount of screws throughout the boards., ,leaving them prepped and ready for the owner to coat, huge transformation overall and another happy client .

Just a heads up for anyone with indoor dogs, especially if they tend to urinate inside . These photos show how a dog urine can soak into the timber flooring and cause serious damage overtime . It doesn’t just sit on the surface at penetrates deep , leading to a stain , odour , and deterioration of the timber

This patio and steps in Jindalee had definitely seen better days — it’s been a long time between drinks for this timber.

We stripped it right back using a wire brush machine to work around those dome head nails, then gave it a proper clean with Cutek Restore.

Finished off with two fresh coats of Cutek in a red tone… and just like that, it’s brought back to life 👌

70+ years of wear and tear and it was starting to show .This north side home with a mixture of camphor Laurel , in brushbox had lost  its life. , but not for long .Time for a full refresh sanded back revived and brought back to life with a clean fresh mat finish while still keeping that oldschool character .
From tired to timeless .

This Tingalpa Home is getting a fresh start just in time to welcome a new addition .
The old brush box Floors had definitely seen better days so the owners have chosen a beautiful Mat finish to bring them back to life . It suits the style of the home perfectly while creating a more natural low sheen look that’s ideal for little ones to crawl and play on .

This Yeronga home has served the same family for decades and seen plenty of life along the way. Now it’s getting ready to welcome a new family as it heads to the market.

To freshen things up, the owners decided to go with a matte finish, which really opens the place up and lets a lot more natural light flow through the home.

A nice simple change that makes the old girl feel young again. 👌✨
