It's Megan's birthday 🎂

Megan, we see you, we appreciate you, and we're all slightly afraid of what would happen without you. You have an incredible ability to understand my random sparks of inspiration and turning them into real-world plans, actions, and results. That's a gift, and it's one I'm incredibly grateful for.

Thank you for not only helping keep one business running, but somehow helping manage all 5, all the staffing and all while making it look easier than it actually is. Thank you for your patience, your organization, your problem-solving, and for being the person who helps turn chaos into progress.

Thank you for putting up with all the chaos, the last-minute ideas, the "quick questions" that are never actually quick, and the endless stream of things that somehow become your problem.

Most importantly, thank you for laughing at my jokes (even the questionable ones) and for putting up with everything that comes with working alongside me. Your support, understanding, and dedication make a bigger difference than you probably realize.

So today, we celebrate you. Please take some time to relax, enjoy your birthday, and remember that for at least one day, you're officially not allowed to solve everyone's problems.

Today, Megan—our amazing office admin—is out of the office. It’s the boss’s birthday!

Now, this boss may be a little sassy, but is oh so cute. Arriving at work with Megan every day, walking in wearing shades like the coolest kid on the block… while being carried through the door. And no, as you may have guessed, this isn’t about me—although I am sassy, I unfortunately do not get carried to my desk!

The real boss lady is celebrating a 2nd birthday today! 🎉We want to send a big Happy 2nd Birthday to little Miss K! Wishing both of you a wonderful day out of the office—enjoy every minute! 💛
