A glowing review from the lovely customer at this incredible property! 🌟

We had the pleasure of carrying out the interior paintwork at this property earlier this year, refreshing the living space with beautifully finished ceilings, cornice work, intricate detailing and freshly painted walls.

In the kitchen, we introduced vibrant colours to highlight the features and add depth and character to the space.

Thinking of giving your property a refresh? Take a look at what we can do and get in touch with the team today!

George Watson’s College - Music School Exterior Timber Restoration 🎼

The project involved the restoration and varnishing of timber work throughout the building, including windows, doors, panelling, fascias and high-level architectural features.

Given the condition of the existing timber, specialist preparation was essential to ensure a durable, long-lasting finish. Anti-fungal treatment and wood hardener were applied before an Otex adhesion primer and GORI 88 exterior finish.

The result is more than a visual transformation. The timber has been carefully restored, enhancing the building’s appearance while providing lasting protection against the elements.

Hermitage Drive: Part Six. 💕

Onto another bedroom, this time pairing ’s All White No. 2005 across the ceiling, cornice, woodwork and fireplace surround with Calamine No. 230 on the walls. A soft, subtle pink that brings just the right touch of warmth to the space.

We’ve left the fireplace interior in its original pink, creating a beautiful sense of continuity with the rest of the room.

Period Property Decoration & Restoration ✨

The walls, cornices and extensive woodwork were meticulously prepared to achieve an exceptional standard of finish while preserving and enhancing the property’s period features.

Luxury wallpaper installation required precision, careful cutting and exact pattern matching to complement the character of each space. Premium paints from Farrow & Ball, Edward Bulmer Natural Paint and The Little Greene Paint Company were selected to harmonise beautifully with the property’s traditional architecture and timeless interior design.

The result is a considered, elegant finish that celebrates the character of the building while bringing a renewed sense of refinement to every room.

Hermitage Drive: Part Five. 🎨

The master bedroom. We used a Farrow & Ball all white 2005 for the ceiling, cornice and woodwork. The walls have a stunning Phillip Jeffries Ltd. wallpaper in Manila H**p Elephant.

A master bedroom that feels effortlessly elegant, bathed in beautiful natural light.

A stairwell redecoration completed at St Peters Buildings.

For this communal decoration project, we worked alongside MRM Scaffolding LTD to install a crash deck, providing safe access to work at height on the cupola and upper walls. We used a vinyl matt finish, a stabilising solution and Toupret masonry fillers to prepare and finish the surfaces.

A black dividing line was added to the central feature to create a clean separation between the colours. The client chose a deep burgundy red in an eggshell finish for the lower walls, complemented by a Johnstone's Paints Smooth Metal finish on the balustrade.

The handrail had suffered significant damage, so we completely sanded it back and applied a tinted varnish to restore its depth and enhance the natural finish.

The project was completed within the three-week schedule and handed back to a happy client, delighted with the finished result!

Exterior transformation at St Teresa Place.

A comprehensive refresh with attention to every detail. Our team carried out specialist high-level access works using a cherry picker and mobile elevating work platforms, operated by IPAF-trained operatives.

The project included preparation and redecoration of external timber and metal surfaces, including communal and private windows, fascias and soffits, entrance and garage doors, perimeter metalwork and external trellis.

For a durable, high-quality finish, we used Dulux Weathershield, Dulux Ultimate Opaque and Dulux Metalshield, helping bring the property back to life while providing long-lasting protection.

A complete exterior refresh, delivered with precision from start to finish.
