As contractors, we love building luxury £120k spaces like this but as homeowners and investors, we hate seeing people waste money on upgrades that don’t add real value to their property 📉
Not every expensive renovation actually increases your official sale price. Before you tear down another wall or sign a contract, you need to know which upgrades formally boost your RICS property valuation and which ones are just burning your savings.

🎁Inside The UK Home Renovation Savings Bible, we share the exact RICS valuation checklist every UK homeowner needs, plus how to spot rogue trader red flags before it’s too late.

🚨 PRE-LAUNCH EXCLUSIVE: The full ebook drops soon! We’re giving away the first 100 copies for 100% FREE on launch day (worth £97). Position 101 onwards gets 50% off.
