Recent extension completed in Lichfield for a private customer 👌

Really nice project to be involved in with plenty of natural light coming through the roof lanterns and some clean modern detailing throughout.

A good example of how much a smooth finish and sharp lines can completely change a space before second fix and decoration even begin.

A domestic project we completed a few weeks ago — now fully finished and looking 👌

Really pleased with how this one came out.

A lovely open-plan kitchen / dining / living space with loads of natural light, feature rooflight, and a really clean finish throughout.

When the decorating, flooring and kitchen all go in, it brings everything together properly.

Always good to look back at a job like this once it’s fully finished 🔥

A few progress shots from Greenacres for — a bespoke build we’ve been working on since January.

What stands out most on projects like this is always the detail.

It’s not just about getting walls and ceilings boarded & skimmed.

It’s the feature ceilings.
The clean lines.
The awkward angles.
The reveals.
The parts that really stand out when not done correctly.

That’s what bespoke builds demand more of — attention to detail in every room, not just the big areas.

We are looking for a reliable and organised Office Administrator to help manage the day-to-day office side of the business.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things organised, up to date, and running smoothly.

Main duties include:

- Creating and sending invoices

- Payment chasing and follow-ups

- Handling customer enquiries

- Managing emails and job files

- Cost allocation using CRM software

- Filing and keeping Health & Safety paperwork up to date

We’re looking for someone who is:

- Organised and detail-focused

- Confident communicating with customers

- Comfortable using computers and email

Reliable and willing to learn

🕒 Part-time to start (with scope to increase)

Wow.. What a year!! 📆

During the wind down towards Christmas, I've had time to really reflect on how far we have come as a business in the last 12 months of trading. In this time we have:

- Plastered over 50 houses of all shapes and sizes✅️

- Secured and started work on 5 high value sites✅️

- Expanded our labour network massively✅️

- Taken on back office staff✅️

- Taken on H&S representatives ✅️

Some huge milestones hit, a far cry from where we were a year ago and a million miles away from starting out on my own four years ago, skimming kitchen ceilings and extensions of an evening and weekend! (of which we still continue to do now as a business)

It's not been all smooth sailing of course... we've been let down, people have come and gone, we've had disagreements, late payments and even lost out on jobs. But thats the nature of the beast that is construction!

Overall, another positive year for LPP! 💪

Last week I had the pleasure of popping over to see the show home at Wheatley View, that we completed back in September for . I managed to snap a few pictures while I was there and as you can see the finished product is nothing short of immaculate!

LPP are proud to play a part in the build process of such a quality home - trademark for LRH. We look forward to continuing our solid working relationship across other projects 💪

The last plot was handed over this week at Willoughby Croft for - this one really is a head turner! Here are some of our favourite snaps from the past 12 months. 📆

I'll always have a soft spot for this one as Tame were the first developer to give us a chance on the new builds and I think it's safe to say we did not disappoint! 💪

After posting updates of Willoughby Croft on our socials this was the start of big things for LPP. We were recognised by other builders, invited to tender and subsequently winning contracts off the back of it, sn*******ng us to where we are now! ☃️

I'm happy to say we've now built a great relationship with the guys at Tame and hope to work with them again on their next development.🤝

Another two Hayfields wrapped up this week at Acresford Park for Walton Homes Limited ✅️

Always good to see the lads leaving the plots clean and tidy, making my job as easy as possible! 👌

More to come on this development with Phase 2a coming to an end next month & Phase 3a following straight on from there. ⏭️
