Great news from Montrose Port Authority!

We're proud to have supported Montrose Port Authority with the redevelopment of Customs House, which will become their new home, as well as the early-stage feasibility studies for the Operations & Maintenance base supporting SSE's Berwick Bank project at Inchbroach House.

It's encouraging to see the project take another step forward, with exciting times ahead for Montrose Port and the wider area.

SSE's Berwick Bank B chooses Montrose Port for operations base as Subsea Micropiles expands manufacturing facility strengthening the port's offshore wind portfolio.

HAPPY RETIREMENT DOREEN! 🎉🎉🎉

It's the end of an era! Today we say a fond farewell to our wonderful office manager Doreen!

Doreen has been with the company since the very beginning in 2001 - back when we were Garry Adam Architect, right through our transition to Adam & Gordon Architects. Today’s retirement also concludes an incredible 44 year working career!

Thank you, Doreen, for keeping our office on track from day one and being a fab colleague to us all. We truly couldn’t have done it without you.

We wish you a fantastic retirement filled with plenty of time on the golf course! ⛳⛳⛳

We’re proud to be involved in the ongoing development of Montrose Port, following today’s announcement that the Montrose Port Skills Academy has secured £1.25m in funding through the Tay Cities Industrial Investment Programme.

The Skills Academy will be located within the historic Customs House, where restoration work is already underway. Our Director, Garry, joined The Duke of Edinburgh’s visit to the port earlier this year to discuss the restoration of Customs House and the wider project.

We’re currently acting as Architects for both Customs House and the Skills Academy, as part of the project team with Pert Bruce Construction Ltd.

A significant step forward for the project, supporting future training and skills development linked to the energy transition and offshore wind.

LOCHIEHEADS COACH HOUSE | AUCHTERMUCHTY

It's great to see the completed conversion of the C-listed Lochieheads Coach House in Auchtermuchty. Once a historic stables, it has been carefully transformed into a modern five bedroom rental home.

It’s particularly pleasing to see both buildings brought to such a high standard, following the earlier conversion of the main Lochieheads House in 2022.
