Boarded and plaster skimmed
8 new down lights fitted
Installation of full new kitchen
Installation of under bench lighting
48 square meters of lvt flooring installed through whole down stairs
All new skirting board fitted through whole of down stairs.

Wall built off for neichs and floating toilet

New Upvc ceiling with 4 black spot lights and inline fan
Fully tiled in 1200 x 600 porcelain tiles

Floating vanity basin unit with wall mounted tap

Decorative towel rail radiator
Neich lighting
All brass wear and trimmings finished in black

Walls and ceiling fully plaster boarded and plaster skimmed
LVT flooring installed
1200mm x 700mm shower tray & enclosure with dual head consealed shower
1700mm x700mm bath with 2 panels
Walls tiled to customers specifications
Fully back to wall toilet
500mm wall hung vanity unit with mirror
Large 1600mm x 600mm towel rail style radiator.

All products in brushed bronze.

Old bathroom suite removed
Walls and floor repaired to take new flooring and luxury wall boards
New large non slip shower tray with sliding door enclosure
New concealed toilet unit
Large vanity basin unit
Radiator removed and reinstalled eliminating a lot of the ugly boxing to house pipes
Mirror and accessories refitted.

Walls re-cladded to match existing

New kitchen install. Completed last week
Bedroom swapped to kitchen.
Old exterior door bricked up.
Plumbing and electrics moved to new room for kitchen.
Fully plastered in both rooms
Lvt flooring installed in kitchen and hall way
New kitchen installed.
Additionally we installed a new shower tray 2 aquamax boards and new enclosure in bathroom within the week But forgot to take pictures.
