🏠 - Complete Replacement of this Plain Tole Roof in Okehampton, New Lead Aprons for the Chimney and Continuous Dry Verge System alongside a New Dry Ridge System for a Complete Zero Maintenance Future✅

🚨 - Replacement Garage roof in Plympton. The team were called in for a poorly installed rubber roof, upon inspection the Rubber was insufficiently adhered to the boards. Flashband was used as trims and Flashing along the front wall was non existent.

The Roof was replaced using Restecs Flexi-Tec GRP system, full surround of Fibreglass Trims and New Lead Flashing installed.

Finished in Brazilian Grey Greens fixed using 100mm hooks, accompanied by new leadwork throughout and Grey Ridge Tiles to tie it all together✔️

Completed a couple of weeks ago. The team completely stripped back the old tired roof of the property and gave it a facelift!💯

Using Brazilian Grey Green Slate fixed with 100mm stainless steel hooks we managed to provide this roof with new life without taking away the natural feel to an old barn.

Accompanied with Grey Concrete Ridge Tiles, Anthracite Fascia and Guttering as well as new lead work for the chimney. We brought this customers vision to life🔨
