My client wanted some extra space outside their summer house for usability of the area and to help with the production side of the small business, so we did just that! We extended the summer house by 1.2m adding a “porch” area with storage and then added a pergola with a clear polycarbonate roof to allow that light through but make the area usable in all weathers. Finished off with an Indian stone patio wrapping from the house and extending out over the area, this is now a great usable space 🫡🙌

Bathroom renovation completed on a Victorian property. This old dated bathroom was in desperate need of a glow up. A new walk in shower, bath, toilet tiles, wall paneling and my own bespoke made vanity unit was all meticulously put in place to create this stunning new bathroom.

We installed this RSJ to create a new opening to open up this kitchen/diner ready for redecorating and a new kitchen install. Everything signed off by building control ready to tidy and and board out.
We also knocked through an opening in the upstair bedroom to create a new entrance from a bedroom leading to the bathroom.

Little bit of honesty for your Monday!! We have been busy!! Not just with work but also with life! Sorry to anyone who I have dropped off the radar or who I haven’t been the most communicative with, it’s been a tough few months, But we’re back and ready to take on 2026 with a fresh outlook.
Here’s a few pics of the recent jobs we’ve finished, from a little front garden make over, oak sleeper beds and custom lean to shed to a gorgeous little leaf shaped artificial grass install.

We have some very exciting jobs under the go and some massive starting in the next month! Keep your eyes peeled on this space because 2026 is going to be an absolute corker!!!

Job completed in Thirsk

An old tired and cold conservatory was pulled down and removed. The old slabs were lifted and the base dug down to depth to level off the area.

A new Indian stone patio was then laid with a block retaining wall built to transfer the height from the garden to the patio. The block were then cladded in stone.

We created this gorgeous raised patio for two great clients. Over 68 square meters of China white porcelain was laid adorned with hand cut contrasting colour double border edging. Finished with charcoal flowpoint for that 👌 look. Threshold steps were created to make that transition from coming inside to outside almost seamless. ACO drains were also laid and tied into the existing top water network.

Job completed on the sowerby gateway for two great customers and there small family.

A new horizontal British cedar fence with a membrane lined back for privacy was constructed in front of the old fence to create an amazing contemporary look. Lights and cable were the run in for that perfect ambiance.

A new lean to shed was built in the small gap between the house and fence for that perfect all weather storage.

We then lifted and relaid two patios which I can only describe as ski slopes for that modern finish. Finished of with a new threshold step.

This has been a beauty if a job to complete and I’m very thankful for these customers who have shown me a lot of respect and kindness 🙌

⭐️ ⭐️ Another one bites the dust ⭐️⭐️

Job completed in Dalton! This tired old garden got a fresh new look!!

New porcelain patio was laid to replace the tired old concrete path and flags. A new sleeper raining wall was added to level up the rear garden with fresh new turf laid.
New steel fence panels were added and the old tires block wall were taken out around the oil tank.
A new 6ft fence was put in along the side drive to secure and make the garden private.
All drains connected into existing top water.

Job completed in Thirsk. Over 20 square meters of china white porcelain with an anthracite border to make a new patio and path combination. ACO drains added in and tied into existing surface water drainage to take everything away. The garden was levelled and re turfed with an anthracite mowing and garden edge border. We then built this 4.8m x 1.8m shed, log and bin store combination. Great clients and great job to complete.
