Our inaugural Cumberland Art Festival was planned for October 17 & 18. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to bring it to you. During the setup on Friday (16th) evening, we experienced an unprecedented weather event as gale-force winds gusting over 60 mph severely damaged more than 95 tents and artists’ merchandise, as well as the staging for the other planned activities for the festival. However, in the aftermath, we have tremendous support from the community. We are very grateful and would like to thank everyone who has reached out to us and offered their support.

A big thank you to the sponsors, artists, vendors, volunteers, and fans of the art festival for their generous support. We will regroup and plan to bring back a safe and enjoyable Cumberland Art Festival next Fall.

The Battery Atlanta has fall covered well into November and the movie lineup alone is worth putting on the calendar. 🎬🍂 The Movie Series presented by Xfinity continues with three more screenings on the Plaza Green, all at 7PM:

November 6 - Jurassic Park
November 13 - Wicked for Good
November 20 - Shrek Forever After

If you missed the Great Fall Festival and Minions and Monsters showing on October 25, there is still plenty of fall fun left at The Battery. It's free, outside, and right in the heart of Cumberland.
