I had to share this amazing text I recieved from one of our customers. I have the best techicians and I am very proud of them!
Steve - I just want to thank you, again, for the caliber of the “young men” you employ, the “standards” you personally maintain for both the quality of the work they do, and their personal/professional conduct on the job. The latter may not seem like “a big thing” to you, but to your customers, it definitely is. And doubly so for those of us who are women living alone.
Both Zac and Miguel did quality work today, and it was a “pleasure” to have both of them at my home. Also, there was a substantial amount of collegial mentoring and learning between them as they were working. Zac is an eager, inquisitive student, and Miguel is a good & very willing teacher. A+ to each of them for that.
It’s been a pleasure working with you, personally, on my two jobs. As I told Miguel & Zac before they left today, later in the year, I’ll be back in touch with you to have my 3 toilets replaced. To that end, I’d appreciate your letting me know, now, which specific models you recommend I consider.
