Here is an example of why not to use a handyman to install a water heater. This unit is designed to be installed on the exterior of the home NOT in the closet where the tank type heater uses to be. The carbon monoxide could very likely kill the homeowner and she had no idea. There is a reason professional plumbers are licensed by the state of Texas. We protect the public from stuff like this.
