The doors are officially open! 🛒✨

With the grand opening of Kroger Little Elm last Friday, we thought it was the perfect opportunity to share a few glamour shots of this incredible project.

Ridgemont completed the ground-up construction of this 123,284 SF Kroger Marketplace on a 14.33-acre site, featuring a high-end interior finish-out, including a full commercial kitchen build-out.

Congratulations to everyone who helped bring this project from the ground up to grand opening. We're proud to continue building spaces that serve our North Texas communities.

Yesterday morning, H-E-B Murphy officially celebrated its Grand Opening, and what an incredible day it was!

Seeing this project come to life—and watching the Murphy community embrace it—was incredibly rewarding. We're honored to have partnered with H-E-B to bring this store to the City of Murphy.

Celebrating 50 years of Ridgemont with the people who made it possible. ❤️

A couple of months ago, we gathered at Grapevine Lake for our 50th Anniversary Family Picnic, and it was one for the books! From hard hat and safety vest decorating, seed planting, jump houses, boba tea, and ice cream for the kids to curated cocktails, cold beer on tap, co****le, football, and incredible BBQ prepared by our very own Ridgemont team, there was something for everyone.

We're so grateful to everyone who came out with their families to celebrate this incredible milestone. Reaching 50 years in the construction industry is an amazing feat, and we couldn't have done it without the dedication of our employees and the unwavering support of their families.

The celebration isn't over yet, we'll be honoring Ridgemont's 50th Anniversary all year long. Here's to 50 years of building together, and the exciting future ahead! 🎉🏗️

Another project complete ✔️

We recently wrapped up Celina Summit Crossing, delivering a 12,623 SF shell retail building on a 5.6-acre site. In addition to the building, the project included major site improvements, including a cast-in-place concrete retaining wall, a permanent detention pond, and a new TxDOT right-turn lane to support the site's long-term functionality.
