🌞 A Friendly Reminder During This Heat Wave 🌞

With temperatures soaring and a holiday weekend upon us, we wanted to ask for a little kindness and patience.

When your air conditioning stops working, we know how uncomfortable—and sometimes stressful—that can be. Please know that our entire team understands the urgency and is doing everything we can to help every customer as quickly as possible.

Our service technicians are everyday people. They are spending long days, often working well into the evening, away from their own families during the holiday weekend, to restore comfort to yours. They are giving it everything they've got, but there are only so many hours in a day and only so many technicians available.

Due to extremely high demand, appointment times may be scheduled later in the evening, and in some cases, service may take 24–48 hours. We know that's not ideal, but we promise we are working through every call as quickly and safely as possible.

Please also remember that the Customer Service Representatives answering your calls are doing everything in their power to help. They don't control the weather or the number of service calls coming in—they are scheduling the very first available appointment and working tirelessly to keep everyone informed.

A smile. A kind word. A little patience. It truly goes a long way.

We are incredibly grateful for your understanding and your trust in us. Thank you for allowing us to serve your family and for supporting the hardworking men and women who are doing everything they can to keep our community cool.

With the warmer temperatures settling in, we're already seeing our phones ringing more and more. If your air conditioner decides to take an unexpected vacation, give us a call as soon as possible. The earlier you call, the better chance we have of getting to you the same day or within 24 hours, depending on call volume.

We know there's nothing fun about a house that's 85° inside. Heat can test anyone's patience, but we'd like to ask for a little kindness during these busy summer days.

Our customer service team is made up of real people who are working hard to answer every call, schedule every appointment, and keep everyone informed. Our technicians are out in the heat every day, working to restore the cool comfort your family deserves.

While many of us spend the weekend with family, friends, backyard BBQs, and creating memories, we never forget the true meaning behind Memorial Day. Today and always, we are grateful to those who gave everything so we could enjoy the freedoms we have every day.

Our office will be closed through the weekend and Monday so our team can spend time with their loved ones as well. However, emergencies don’t take holidays, and neither does our commitment to our customers.
