These are two separate new construction projects located right next door to each other.

The first property included a complete irrigation system, final grading, landscape curbing, sod, landscape rock, and hydroseeding. Next door, we completed a complete irrigation system, final grading, and hydroseeding.

What really stands out in these photos is how clean the hydroseeded areas are after only 15 days — very little w**d pressure and great early establishment.

There’s a reason for that. Our hydroseeding application is a complete blend of premium grass seed, Tenacity® w**d control, starter fertilizer, mulch, and soil booster. Instead of simply spraying seed and mulch, we’re giving the lawn what it needs to germinate quickly, establish strong, and help control w**ds right from the start.

One of our crews out at Camping World today giving the landscape beds a clean refresh. 🌿 We applied Snapshot pre-emergent for w**d control and installed 24 yards of mulch with a clean 1” top dressing to keep the property looking sharp all season long.

This project is going to be a masterpiece when it’s finished.

We’re building:
• 800 face ft of boulder walls
• 1,400 sq ft of paver patio
• 500 sq ft of natural flagstone
• Plantings
• Irrigation
• Landscape lighting
• Drainage
• Topsoil Spreading & Preperation
• Hydroseeding

Pretty much the whole 9 yards on this one.

And the entire hardscape is being built on an open graded base system.

Most people only see the finished patio or retaining walls, but what’s underneath is what actually determines how long a project lasts. We build a lot of our projects this way because water can move through the system instead of getting trapped underneath it. Better drainage, less movement, and a more stable foundation long term.

Road base definitely has its place, but on projects like this we want the best foundation possible.

There’s a reason railroads are built on open graded stone systems. You don’t see tracks constantly washing out or failing because the system drains the way it’s supposed to.

A lot of time planning and effort goes into the details on projects like this, and that’s what separates an average install from one that’s built to last.

Another full lawn installation wrapped up the right way. 👌🌱

What sets us apart on projects like this is making sure the foundation is done correctly before a single seed goes down. A new lawn is an investment, and without sufficient quality topsoil and proper grading, it simply won’t perform the way it should long term.

For this project we:
✔️ Regraded the entire property
✔️ Cut in a swale along the back to properly direct water to the property lines and toward the front of the property
✔️ Hauled off approximately 20 yards of debris, large fill, and rocks
✔️ Imported and spread 140 yards of screened topsoil to create a healthy growing base
✔️ Hydroseeded with a Kentucky Bluegrass & Fescue blend including hydro mulch (900lbs) for erosion control, starter fertilizer, soil conditioner, and Tenacity for early-stage w**d control

The village right-of-way was left untouched as concrete was being replaced along with ongoing equipment traffic and construction throughout the new subdivision.

The homeowner will also be completing some landscaping in the front bed themselves to finish the space off nicely.

With proper watering and care, this lawn is going to come in extremely nice over the next several weeks. 🌱💧

Customer previously had lawn installed by another contractor, which resulted in a bumpy, uneven, and unusable surface. We reworked the area by Harley raking and removing the existing material. Installed fresh premium topsoil, then properly graded and leveled the area to ensure a smooth finish. Completed the project with hydroseeding for optimal lawn establishment.

Spring is in full swing and we’ve been hitting the ground running 🌱💪

From fresh mulch installs to full property cleanups and fertilizer applications, our crew has been putting in the work to get lawns and landscapes looking their best for the season.

There’s nothing better than seeing a property transform and knowing it’s set up to thrive all year long.

Another one wrapped up.

This customer was having settling issues around their AC unit, so we came in and fixed it the right way. We built a retaining wall and backfilled it with 3/4” clean fractured stone, making the area 100% permeable to stop any future movement.

While we were there, we also made the back door easier to access by installing a paver walkway with steps.

We relocated the irrigation system and tied it back into the lawn, then seeded all the areas that got torn up from excavation to bring it back in.

Came out clean 👍
