***Prisco Home Services*** 🌟 - What gorgeous weather to complete hideaways this weekend for neighbors of Shearwater and Bartram Ranch.

They’re built with the design and fortitude for both the eye and the weather. (Ask me what makes them often imitated, but never duplicated) 😍💪💫🏠

These came out gorgeous. 1 already has installed the paver path up and into it. And the other is now ready to do the same. (Note: I do not install pavers —though I do offer option for basic square block over gravel within— and am looking for reputable companies I can refer as I am asked constantly. Reach me direct if that’s you! Would love to make the vetted relationship connection).

As a real and true neighbor in Shearwater, I have personal stake in game to deliver for you.

PM me directly and let’s get you on the calendar to build your trash, pool Eq, A/C hideaway. 😃💫

Bathroom before and after 💫😃🏡. Customer had a very unique vision to continue the Lake House vibe that maintains throughout the home.
Our team designed, installed, and delivered. 💪. The homeowners custom painter added a faux white/pink washed look to the Shiplap for the aged lake-house effect. Very cool. 😎
(I had chat gpt clean up some of the personal items off the counter for the post 😉👌)

Kitchen backsplash and island trim weekend 💪💫🏡

Just because a job is smaller, doesn’t mean we aren’t equally as proud as we are of the larger ones we do.
The prior Electrician opened up the wall to run a wire and move a light switch. (Don’t worry. That wire was ultimately run through the stud and not along the outside before my patch). We were asked to patch the wall and match the texture. This being a hallway in direct eye view and next to displayed artwork. You have to get it just right.
—-> Wall patched. Texture matched. And paint feathered. 💪
Came out wonderfully. 💫
A Small, but MIGHTY repair. 👌🏡😃
