Halfway through the year and it feels like we've spent most of it looking at solid rock.

Through the first six months of 2026, we've broken rock on seven projects spread across three different neighborhoods in Overland Park and Olathe.

In the process, we've broken and removed nearly 11,000 tons of rock this year alone. For a company our size, that's something we're extremely proud of.

Breaking rock isn't glamorous. It's hard on equipment, hard on operators, and hard on schedules.

Jobs that should take days can turn into weeks, and there are plenty of moments where it feels like you're not making much progress at all.

But this is exactly the kind of work we want to be doing.

Every project presents a new challenge pushing us to become better operators and a better company.

The trust our customers place in us means a lot, and we're proud of what we've accomplished through the first half of the year.

Bringing this basin back to life.

Removing roughly 3-4 foot of sediment, restoring capacity, and bringing it new life.

This project also marks a milestone for us as it’s one of the first jobs to be completed with our new 230.

Before conexpo we began examining new options for our fleet as we grow, and move into new projects. After reviewing endless amounts of data and examining the overall market we knew it was time to get out of our least desirable machine.

After time with a demo unit and seeing what it could do, we knew it was the right fit for our operation and the next step in our company’s growth.
