Pizza oven Conversion and install
Kedron

Today we converted this American Pizza oven from LPG to Natural Gas and Installed it .
There was only one Kit available in Australia so we were only able to install the Top one at this point .
Shop will be called CRAVE Pizza and is opening in Kedron soon .

The Local Gas Network Operator were unable to safely find a solution to repair the leaking service after concrete was laid over the stopcock and a carport built over the service.
We converted the system to LPG swap and go bottles after replacing some leaking components under the house .
One of these bottles will provide enough gas for around 3months of cooking and can be exchanged at any petrol station or refilled at camping shops . The new LCC27 connections do not require any tools to connect and disconnect .

Some commercial catering repairs today at Range Brewing's new venue Howdy Neighbour . They had their soft launch last week .

This auto changeover LPG regulator was leaking from the pigtail on the right hand side and the customer asked us to repair the leak . On arrival we found a 17 year old regulator which was venting due to overpressure and non compliant due to being too low down such that the pigtails didn't drain back towards the bottles.
We brought the installation up to current spec and fitted a brand new 400mj auto changeover reg .
