🏊🏼 𝗥𝗢𝗠𝗦𝗘𝗬 𝗖𝗔𝗥𝗘 𝗛𝗢𝗠𝗘 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗦

We took a trip to Romsey this week to check on the progress of one of our care home projects & talk through ‘phase 2’ planning!

Nearly complete with upgrading the day room, hallways and all doors & it’s looking great 🤩

As it’s a bit of a journey from our office, we made the most out of it and stayed in a local hotel 🏨

Perks of the job I guess 🤷🤷

We’re now moving onto the first stages of decorating and landscaping as we prepare the courtyard base.

4x new bedrooms, new day room & courtyard area squeezed into this extension 👏

& Jerry came along for the visit 🐶

𝗖𝗔𝗥𝗘 𝗛𝗢𝗠𝗘 𝗥𝗘𝗙𝗨𝗥𝗕

We have recently been working on multiple care homes across the South, renovating certain parts of their homes.

This is one of our Worthing projects where we have been completing hallway refurbs along with staff toilet upgrade & one bedroom renovation.

Some sections now fully complete and others ongoing!

Today, we’ve made a start on another care home project but this time in Romsey, Hampshire!

Our guys have started with the strip out phase and have wasted no time getting stuck in 🔨

On the agenda for this one:

➡️ Corridor refurbs
➡️ Upgrading internal doors
➡️ Refurb residential day room

Will be on this one for a while 🤝

We started fitting the UPVC doors & timber decking frame at our care home project yesterday.

It was an early start for us this morning as we headed to Liphook, Hampshire, to take a look at a care home in need of some Construction works 👷

It’s been a great start to 2026 so far & a lot of our focus has been on business development & growth 📈

Trademastermind course attended last week in Peterborough 🤝

More works agreed with a care home chain which will see us expand into different areas across the South of the UK 🏠

Building connections with more architects ✍️

Different avenues in process to reach more clientele wanting construction works done to their properties 📮
