The space features a new structural storefront with oversized glass, a tile façade, curved full-height walls, specialty plaster finishes, integrated lighting, and a coffee bar crafted to support Nespresso’s retail and tasting experience.

Continuing our spotlight on Roivant’s Award-winning workplace, this space was built to support connection, flexibility, and employee well-being through a blend of open work areas, private offices, meeting rooms, and amenity-rich gathering zones with a hospitality-driven feel. On the upper floor, the café event area and raised lounge platform create a welcoming environment for collaboration, conversation, and everyday team interaction.

JRM Construction Management completed the flagship build-out for MOTHER Denim in Beverly Hills, the brand’s first brick-and-mortar store.

The space features curved and angled walls, Portola Roman Clay finishes, custom millwork, a mirrored fitting room vestibule, a semi-circular “Conversation Pit,” and an in-store espresso café, all coming together to create a bold, detail-driven retail environment.

We’re excited to share that JPMorgan Chase Global Headquarters at 270 Park Avenue has been nominated for Project of the Year in the 350,000+ SF category at the CoreNet Global New York City Chapter Annual Awards.

JRM was honored to help deliver the interior construction of this landmark headquarters, spanning 28 floors and more than 1.3 million square feet of workplace, dining, conference, wellness, and security spaces in Midtown Manhattan.

A look inside the new reception and café areas at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe in New York City.

As part of JRM’s restack across six floors, these spaces were crafted to create a polished first impression and a welcoming environment for employees and guests. The reception area features elevated finishes that reflect Orrick’s prestige, while the employee café and lounge offer a comfortable setting for connection and everyday collaboration.

JRM is proud to share another look inside The Exchange, a signature culinary and amenity destination within JPMorgan Chase's new global headquarters at 270 Park Avenue.

At the heart of the building's amenity experience, The Exchange features a 19-station gourmet food hall featuring Morgan's Irish Pub, a grab-and-go marketplace, and brand-name partners including Sweetgreen, Daily Provisions, and Starbucks. The space is elevated further by two major art installations, including a suspended constellation of 357 hand-blown glass spheres and a custom ceramic feature wall assembled piece by piece.

Behind the scenes, the build was one of the most technically complex scopes within the tower, featuring 13 custom-engineered cooking hoods suspended 28 feet above the food hall, over 30,000 SF of end-grain Bavarian white oak flooring finished in place, and a restored 1969 Airstream trailer rigged in and reassembled as a signature juice bar.

JRM Construction Management was honored to partner with JPMorgan on the interior construction of this next-generation global headquarters, delivering 28 floors totaling more than 1.3 million square feet of premium workplace, dining, conference, wellness, and security spaces in Midtown Manhattan.
