Floor boarded out with no more ply and finished with a 60x30 porcelain tile.
We had to do an off set pattern with these and use a lot of level clips due to the tiles being very bowed!!
Managed to get them flat leaving us with a flush finish.

The heat doesn’t stop us here – we keep the work moving and the standards high, whatever the weather! ☀️💪.

The customer wanted to transform a home with a very dark stone floor in the main living area and marble tiles throughout the rest of the property. To create one seamless finish, we first levelled the main floor up to match the height of the adjoining areas. We then applied a blue grip primer over the existing marble tiles, allowing us to tile directly on top without the need for removal.

The whole area was finished with 60x60 porcelain tiles, giving the property a much brighter, cleaner and more modern look.
